LEGAL NOTICE Electronic bids can be submitted through Bid Express for 2026 Storm Sewer Lining in the City of Twinsburg until 9:00 A.M. on April 23, 2026. Contract documents are available through the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all contract documents. A digital ID along with a per bid fee of $50.00 or a $60.00 monthly subscription will be required for the Bidder to submit an electronic bid. Contact information for Bid Express; Phone (888)-352-2439, Fax (888) 971-4191, Email support@bidexpress.com. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The sum equal to ten percent (10%) of amount bid, payable to the City of Twinsburg as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Summit County and the City of Twinsburg, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239.
