Notice to Bidders TWINSBURG TOWNSHIP, SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Twinsburg Township Hall, 1790 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 for theKensington & Ridgetop Repairs ? Phase 4, according to bid documents on file at ARC Document Solutions (www.e-arc.com). Bid documents may be obtained at cost either (1) online, (2) in person at the www.e-arc.com Cleveland Office, 3666 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115, or (3) via telephone at (216) 281-1234 or (888) 443-2583 [TOLL FREE]. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (Section 4115.03 of the Ohio Revised Code) governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements.
