WRRF Administration Building Roof Replacement Sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer on behalf of the Director of Administration, City of Wooster, State of Ohio, at the office of said City Engineer, 538 N. Market Street, Wooster, Ohio, 44691 until twelve o'clock noon, Thursday, March 26, 2026 for the WRRF Administration Building Roof Replacement in accordance with the specifications on file in said office. Project Description: The contract includes the removal of the existing and installation of approximately 5,900 square feet of membrane roof on the WRRF Administration Building at 1123 Old Columbus Road. Project Cost: The Engineer's estimated construction cost for this project is $100,000 Project Completion Date: September 30, 2026 Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. Copies of the contract documents are on file in the office of the City Engineer, City of Wooster, Ohio and are available for inspection by prospective bidders in the office or on the city's bidding information webpage https://www.woosteroh.com/engineering/bidding-information. Bidders must register for the plans through the city's ViewPoint website. Bidders must be registered for their bids to be considered. Bid book and plans will be sent electronically. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
