Athens County Common Juvenile Division 2nd Floor, Courthouse Athens, Ohio 45701 Case No. 20263032, 20263034 Alleged: neglected, dependent John Doe, whose address is unknown, and being the presumed father of the children of Keesha Snider, C.M. & P.S., alleged neglected, dependent, under the laws of Ohio, will take notice that he is required to be personally present in the Juvenile Court of Athens County, Ohio, before the Juvenile Judge thereof, on the 18th day of May, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. regarding the Amended Complaint filed by Athens County Children Services for Temporary Custody to be granted to Athens County Children Services; wherefore the prayer is Temporary Custody of C.M. & P.S. You are entitled to have an attorney in all hearings.
