LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL CITATION NOTICE In the Matter of: A.O. Athens County Common Pleas Juvenile Division 2nd Floor, Courthouse Athens, Ohio 45701 Case No. 20263011 Alleged: abused, neglected, dependent Dade Osborne, whose address is unknown, and being the presumed father of a child born to Andrea Landon, biological mother of and A.O., alleged abused, neglected, dependent, under the laws of Ohio, will take notice that he is required to be personally present in the Juvenile Court of Athens County, Ohio, before the Juvenile Judge thereof, on the 5th day of May, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. regarding the Amended Complaint filed by Athens County Children Services for Temporary Custody to be granted to Athens County Children Services; wherefore the prayer is Temporary Custody of A.O. You are entitled to have an attorney in all hearings. If the Court finds you are indigent (unable to afford an attorney) and you want an attorney to represent you, you are entitled to a Court appointed attorney.
