(d.o.b. 05/23/2014) CASE NO. 24AND0016 ADJUDICATED DEPENDENT CHILD LEGAL NOTICE VICTORIA NERONE, mother of the child, whose last known address is 2441 Anderson Station Road, Apt. 9A, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, and has been unable to be found, is hereby notified that that on December 29, 2025 a MOTION FOR PERMANENT CUSTODY was filed requesting that the permanent custody of said child be vested in Scioto County Children Services (SCCS). VICTORIA NERONE is further notified that a hearing on said motion will be held in the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 Seventh Street, Portsmouth, Ohio, on March 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., and that she is required to attend. Any Court action can have an effect on parental rights and responsibilities. ABSENT OBJECTIONS AND TESTIMONY FROM YOU, THE COURT MAY GRANT PERMANENT CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILDREN TO SCCS AFTER PRESENTATION OF TESTIMONY. THE GRANTING OF PERMANENT CUSTODY PERMANENTLY DIVESTS THE PARENTS OF THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS. Any party is entitled to counsel in all proceedings in Juvenile Court.
