In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 2329.44, notice is hereby given to judgment debtors JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCES ELLIOTT, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF FRANCES ELLIOTT; CYNTHIA SUMMERS, PATRICIA ELLIOTT CUNNINGHAM, CARLA BROWN, POSSIBLE HEIRS, & UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY ONEY, POSSIBLE HEIR, that the Ross County Clerk of Court's office is holding the sum of $42,168.46, which is excess funds resulting from the Court ordered sale in the above-named action.
