Permanent Commitment Hearing. Case No. 24JU-3839: In the Matter of Izabella N. Lipscomb. Mary Gerardi, the mother of the minor child, whose last known address is 1464 East 21st Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43211, is hereby notified that a Motion for Permanent Custody has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, Division of Domestic Relations, 373 S. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215, requesting that Izabella Lipscomb be permanently removed from the parents' care. You are commanded to appear before said Court for a hearing on the permanent custody of said child on April 1, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. before Magistrate Kelley at 373 S. High St., 5th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215. The Court will appoint an attorney to any indigent party. You can apply in person on the 5th floor of 373 South High Street from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during regular business hours, or over the phone by calling (614) 525-3248 during those same hours.
