Louise Mukanga, the mother of the minor child(ren) Bethine and Dieu Merci, whose last known address is 143 Rue Kapanga, Wangata CI Kinshasa, Kinshasa, DRC, is hereby notified that a Complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor children.
