Ivan D Garizabalo Aguas, the alleged father of the minor children Emanuel and Sarah, whose last known address is Carrera 8A Este #454B-05 Sur, Bogota, Colombia, is hereby notified that a complaint has been filed in the Juvenile Branch of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin Co., Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations, seeking custody of the minor children. You are commanded to appear at the hearing on May 1, 2026 at 9:30 AM before Magistrate Reedus, 373 S. High St., 3rd Floor. Failure to appear will result in a judgment against you.
