Ruth, LKA 1930 Tenth Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, you will take notice that on November 6, 2025, Plaintiff, City of Cuyahoga Falls, filed a Complaint for public nuisance and injunctive relief, as well as damages in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. CV-2025-11-5329, alleging that property owned by you, the street address is 1930 Tenth Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, is in such condition that it is a public nuisance that poses a danger to the public health, safety, welfare and aesthetics of adjoining residents and the citizens of Cuyahoga Falls. The Plaintiff prays for a preliminary and permanent injunction ordering that the Property is declared a nuisance subject to abatement and that you are permanently enjoined from maintaining a nuisance on the Property.
