PUBLIC NOTICE
The Metropolitan Regional Service Council (MRSC) hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.35 of the Ohio Revised Code that Brian Ruffner, currently employed by MRSC as an Integrator of Advanced Services, will be retired andseeking re-employment with MRSC as Integrator of Advanced Services, during such retirement. An MRSC Director will hold a public meeting on the issue of Brian Ruffner being re-employed by the Board at a meeting to be held on March 11, 2026, at 10:00 am at the NEOnet Office, located at 700 Graham Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.
