R. 4.4 (A) (1) Please publish once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks the following information: LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS DELAWARE COUNTY, OHIO Tracey L. Pifher, Plaintiff vs. Rask M. Brookman, et al., Defendants Case Number 25 CV C 11 1325 Plaintiff has brought the above captioned cause of action against you as a Defendants in the above-named court by filing a Complaint on the 14th day of November, 2025, the object of which is to obtain a judgment against you for negligence arising out of the motor vehicle crash on May 23, 2024. You are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once (1) a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
