R. 4.4 (A) (1) Please publish once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks the following information: LEGAL NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS DELAWARE COUNTY, OHIO Paul J. Riddle, et al., Plaintiffs vs. Farmers Insurance of Columbus, Inc, et al., Defendants Case Number 26 CV C 01 0020 Plaintiff has brought the above captioned cause of action against you Harold E. Congious, Jr., as a Defendant in the above-named court by filing a Complaint on the 5th day of January, 2026, the object of which is to obtain a judgment against you for negligence arising out of the motor vehicle crash on March 21, 2024. You are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once (1) a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
