SUMMONSTo: JEREMY PLESSINGER, whose address is unknown and last known address is 1913 Wingett Run Rd Wingett Run, Ohio 45789, being the father/parent of MARVIN JARRELL PAHANA INIWA PLESSINGER In The Matter of MARVIN JARRELL PAHANA INIWA PLESSINGERYou are hereby notified that a Complaint seeking Temporary Custody has been filed in Case No. 2026-AN-0109 in the Washington County Juvenile Court pertaining to the minor child, DOB: 02/03/2013. Said Complaint filed by Washington County Job and Family Services alleges that the child is dependent.A hearing on the complaint will be held on April 30, 2026 at 2:45 pm at the Washington County Juvenile Court, Courthouse Annex, (3rd floor), 205 Putnam Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750. The complainant, Washington County Department of Job and Family Services, is seeking temporary custody of MARVIN JARRELL PAHANA INIWA PLESSINGER. The mother/parent's name is Roberta DelaCruz.An adjudication or finding of dependency and/or neglect may result in either an order to place the child/ren in the temporary care and custody of Washington County Job and Family Services or the temporary care and custody of someone other than the parent(s). The granting of an order for temporary custody will cause the removal of the child/ren from the legal custody of the parent or custodians until the court terminates the order of temporary custody.Every parent, custodian or other persons in loco parentis, is entitled to representation by legal counsel in this proceeding in the Juvenile Court. If you are indigent and unable to employ counsel by reason of lack of property or income and request counsel, the Court will appoint counsel to represent you.If you wish to be represented by counsel and you believe that you qualify for court appointed counsel, you must contact a Juvenile Court Clerk within 3 business days after receipt of this notice.
