NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLEJUDGE JOHN M. HALLIDAY - CASE NO. 25OT000294LEVI R. MILLER, Plaintiff,vs.TO THE DEFENDANTS, Ella I. Martin, Lovell Martin, Everett Martin, Perley Martin, Vera Flood, Dewey Martin, and Kenneth Martin and any and all other parties with a claim to the oil, gas and other hydrocarbons underlying the subject premises.Court of Common Pleas, Washington County, OhioPlaintiff has brought this action naming you as one of the Defendants in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on October 20, 2025.
The object of the Complaint is to Quiet Title by adverse possession in Washington County, Palmer Township, Section 15, known as Parcel No. 30-0052776.001 and 30-0052664.000.
You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on February 21, 2026.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as is permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
