IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS JUVENILE DIVISION MEDINA COUNTY, OHIO SERVICE OF NOTICE OF PUBLICATION IN RE: N.C. DOB 12/25/11 CASE NO: 2024 12 DE 0055 Zachariah Beal, father of the above children (whose mother is Jessica Clark), whose last known address was 445 Canton Rd. Apt 3, Akron, OH 44312, will take notice that a motion for permanent commitment of said child has been filed in Medina County Juvenile Court and that said motion is set for hearing on May 6, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. before the Medina County Juvenile Court, located at 225 East Washington St., Medina, OH 44256, and you are ordered to appear before said court on said date and show cause why movant's prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that: 1. Any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request. If you wish to have a lawyer but believe you cannot afford one, call Kim Cronenwett at the Juvenile Court at (330)722-9395 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 2. A court order of permanent commitment would vest in Medina County Job and Family Services all parental rights, duties, and obligations, including the right to consent to adoption, and divest the parents of all parental rights, privileges, and obligations conferred by statute and/ or law, including all residual rights and obligations.
