IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS JUVENILE DIVISION MEDINA COUNTY, OHIO SERVICE OF NOTICE OF PUBLICATION IN RE: L.P. DOB 12/7/16 P.P. DOB 3/31/12 CASE NO: 2026 01 AB 0003 2026 01 DE 0004 Johannes Poechtrager, father of the above children (whose mother is Claire Poechtrager), will take notice that Complaints have been filed in Medina County Juvenile Court alleging that said juveniles are abused, neglected and/or dependent and containing a prayer request for Temporary Custody, and that said Complaint is set for hearing on March 24, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. before the Juvenile Court of Medina County, 225 East Washington St., Medina, OH 44256, and you are ordered to appear before said court on said date and show cause why complaintant's prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that: 1. Any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request. If you wish to have a lawyer but believe you cannot afford one, call Kim Cronenwett at the Juvenile Court at (330)722-9395 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 2. An adjudication of abuse, neglect, or dependency may result in an order of Protective Supervision, which permits the child to remain in the parent's physical and legal custody subject to any conditions and limitations the Court prescribes, or in Temporary Custody or Planned Permanent Living Arrangement which removes the child from the home and custody of guardian and/or parent(s) subject to any conditions and limitations the Court prescribes.
