In Re: Attilia Czirjak 
To: Tamas Czirjak, father of Attilia Czirjak, whose last known address is 532 W. Friendship St., Medina, OH 44256 and whose current address is unknown. The Mother of Attilia Czirjak is Christina Wimberly. 
You have been named a party in a legal action in the Portage County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division, in Case Number 2026 JCC 80 and captioned, In the Matter of Attilia Czirjak, an alleged Abused/Neglected/Dependent child. 
The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether Attilia Czirjak is a Abused/Neglected/Dependent child. If the child is adjudicated Abused/Neglected/Dependent, he/she will have an order of Temporary Custody held by Portage County Department of Job & Family Services, and you may be permanently divested of all parental rights including the right to consent to the adoption of Attilia Czirjak whose date of birth is the 7th day of June 2012 and place the child in the Permanent Custody of the Portage County Department of Job & Family Services, and place the child for adoption without further consent by the parent. 
You are entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. The Court will appoint a lawyer or designate a County Public Defender or Joint County Public Defender to provide legal representation if you cannot afford a lawyer and meet certain requirements.

Fisher, who may be reached at (330) 297-0881, Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., are the employees designated by the Court to arrange for the prompt appointment of Counsel for indigent persons. If you wish to be represented by a lawyer in this proceeding but believe you cannot afford one, please contact one of these people as soon as possible. 
You must appear at the Portage County Juvenile Court, 8000 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on the 16th day of April 2026 at 2:00 p.m., or judgment by default will be taken against you and the relief sought will be granted and you will be permanently divested of all parental rights of Attilia Czirjak.
