NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Court of Common Pleas, County of Portage, State of Ohio, Juvenile Division. Case Number: 2025 JCC 613 In Re: Andrew Carter To: Unknown Father, the Father of Andrew Carter, whose last known address is unknown. You have been named a party in a legal action in the Portage County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division, in Case Number 2025 JCC 613 and captioned, In the Matter of Andrew Carter. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether Andrew Carter is a Abused, Neglected/Dependent child. If the child is adjudicated Abused, Neglected/Dependent, she/he will have an order of Temporary Custody held by Portage County Department of Job & Family Services, and you may be permanently divested of all parental rights including the right to consent to the adoption of Andrew Carter whose date of birth is the 10th day of June 2009 and place the child in the Permanent Custody of the Portage County Department of Job & Family Services, and place the child for adoption without further consent by the parent. You are entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. The Court will appoint a lawyer or designate a County Public Defender or Joint County Public Defender to provide legal representation if you cannot afford a lawyer and meet certain requirements. N. Brown, S. Wolverton or P. Fisher, who may be reached at (330) 297-0881, Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., are the employees designated by the Court to arrange for the prompt appointment of Counsel for indigent persons.
