IN THE COMMON PLEAS COURT CLARK COUNTY, OHIO DOMESTIC RELATIONS DIVISION JUVENILE SECTION IN THE MATTER OF HALLEI BOLES 11/30/2010CASE NO. 20230464 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION To: DAWN BOLES, whose address cannot be found, mother of HALLEI BOLES DOB: 11/30/2010, child of Dawn BOLES, alleged to be a dependent child under the laws of Ohio, shall take notice that he is required to be personally present in the Clark County, Ohio Juvenile Court, 101 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio on 06/01/2026 at 09:00 a.m. on a Complaint for PERMANENT CUSTODY. You are commanded to appear under penalty of law, and your failure to appear may cause harm to you and your rights. You are hereby notified that if the complaint for permanent custody is granted you will be permanently divested of all parental rights and privileges in respect to the child, and the child may then be placed for adoption without your consent. Any party is entitled to counsel in the proceedings, and the court will appoint counsel if the party is indigent.
