NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION OF ZONING CODE & FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS TO ANNEXATION AREA Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 6:55 PM EDT in the City Commission Forum, City Hall, 76 E High St, to consider the application of Codified Ordinance Section 1126.05(a) and Section 1126.05(e) of the City's Zoning Code to a proposed annexation area commonly known as the 2425 Mechanicsburg Road Annexation Area consisting of approximately 4.6223 acres now located in Moorefield Township, which annexation shall be considered by the City Commission on the date first-above written.
