Case No. 2026 CV 0083, Patricia Hazelton vs. Defendants Unknown spouse, heirs devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Sherman Tyson, et al. Defendants Unknown spouse, heirs devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Sherman Tyson, whose places of residence are unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 29, 2026, Patricia Hazelton filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Springfield County, Ohio, in Case No. 2026 CV 0083 against the above named Defendants alleging that the above named Defendants may have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located at 425 West Parkwood Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45506. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER 3400600003215003; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in the City of Springfield, County of Clark, and State of Ohio, and being part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Town 4, Range 9, M.R.S., and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe in the South line of Parkwood Avenue, said pipe being North 84 Deg. 41 minutes West, 224 feet from a concrete monument in the South line of Parkwood Avenue at the intersection of the East line of Section 3; thence South 4 Deg. 02 minutes West, 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 84 Deg. 41 minutes West, 58 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 4 Deg. 02 minutes East 150 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of Parkwood Avenue, 58 feet to an iron pipe, the place of beginning.
