NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO Clinton County Land Reutilization Corporation et al., Plaintiff v. ESTATE OF JOHN W. NELSON AND ANY UNKNOWN ADMINISTRATORS OR EXECUTORS et al. Case No. CVH20250404. Notice is hereby given to the following defendant, whose address is unknown: Jean Gribbler Plaintiff filed its Complaint on October 20, 2025, in the above captioned Court. The object and demand for relief in such pleading for declaratory judgment to determine whether the decedent owned any interest in the properties located at 262 South Walnut Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, 272 South Walnut Street, Wilmington, OH 45177, 393 Grant Street, Wilmington, OH 45177, and Doan Street, Wilmington, OH 45177 that decedent previously disclaimed, and whether Plaintiff is authorized to sell the entire interest in said property as sole owner of such. The above-named Defendant is required to show their interest, if any, in the subject premises by filing an answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which shall be published for a week for six consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in the case.
