NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Zoning Text Amendment regarding  amending certain sections of Part 11- Planning and Zoning  Code- Adult Family Homes or Small Residential Facilities has  been approved by the Planning Commission on March 3, 2026,  and has been forwarded for approval by Wilmington City Council. The text of the proposed amendment is on file with the Clerk of  the Wilmington City Council, Municipal Building, 69 N. South  Street, Wilmington, Ohio, is available to the public for inspection. Notice is further given that a Public Hearing on the proposed  Zoning Text Amendment will be held before the Council of Wilmington, Ohio, on April 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located at 69 N.
