Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs of Charles R. Minson, et al., Defendant(s). Unknown Heirs of Charles R. Minson (last known address: 387 W. Exchange St. Akron, OH 44302), and Charles Minson Jr. (last known address: 225 Reed Rd. Villa Rica, GA 30180), whose address(es) cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on August 29, 2025, Kristen M. Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case Number: CV2025 08 4111, to foreclose the tax liens on permanent parcel number(s) 68-11122.
