Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs of Luther M. Hawkins, et al., Defendant(s). Unknown Heirs of Luther M. Hawkins (last known address: 1743 Ronald Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312), and Unknown Heirs of Luther M. Hawkins (last known address: 1743 Ronald Rd., Akron, Ohio 44312), whose address(es) cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 27, 2026, Kristen M.
