Fanoni (last known address: 129 Pauline Avenue, Akron, OH 44312), whose address(es) cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on February 5, 2026, Kristen M. Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, Plaintiff, filed an Amended Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case Number: CV2025 07 3103, to foreclose the tax liens on permanent parcel number(s) 51-02546.
