Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, 175 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs of Esther Cracium, et al., Defendant(s). Unknown Heirs of Esther Cracium (last known address: 186 Court Drive, Akron, Ohio 44333), whose address(es) cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on March 3, 2026, Kristen M. Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case Number: CV2026 03 0932, to foreclose the tax liens on permanent parcel number(s) 51-01632.
