Scalise, Summit County Fiscal Officer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, (with an Amended Complaint subsequently filed on October 17, 2025) being Case Number: CV2025 08 3818, to foreclose the tax liens on permanent parcel number(s) 6723457. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties and interest on the following described real estate:
