Case No. CV2026 01 0079. The Huntington National Bank, Plaintiff vs. Timothy Scott Lee, et al., Defendants. Defendant(s), ), Phillip P. Lee And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Phillip P. Lee, whose last known address is 949 Davis Street, Akron, OH 44310 And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Roger P. Lee, whose last known address is 949 Davis Street, Akron, OH 44310, will take notice that on January 8, 2026, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number CV-2026-01-0079, Summit County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Phillip P.
