By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 11 5571 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 17TH DAY OF APRIL, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit: 68-48905 Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit, and State of Ohio: And known as being the Easterly 100 feet of Lot 190 in the Ingelside Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 26 of the Summit County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 56301799 Property located at: 534 Talbot Avenue, Akron, OH 44306. Property appraised at: Sixty-three Thousand Dollars ($63,000.00). The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.
