By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 12 5839 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 17TH DAY OF APRIL, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A.
