Rowlands Case No. CV2026 01 0201 U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-RP5, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of William P.
