Archturus Drive, St. Gorge, UT, 84790, and Daniel John LaPorte, a/k/a Daniel LaPorte, whose last known place of residence is: 2694 Hampton Road, Rocky River, OH 44116, each of you will take notice that on November 24, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 224 South Portage Path, Akron, OH 44302 being permanent parcel number 6818359.
