HUGHEY, whose last known addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on February 25th, 2026, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV-2026-02-0798 in said Court against THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SPOUSES AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN GUARDIANS OF MINOR AND/OR INCOMPETENT HEIRS OF JEFFREY F.
