Case No. CV2026 01 0292. The Huntington National Bank, Plaintiff vs. Randy A. Neitz, et al., Defendants. Defendant(s), Randy A. Neitz And, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Randy A. Neitz, whose last known address is 3074 Woodland Place, Akron, OH 44312, will take notice that on January 22, 2026, The Huntington National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number CV-2026-01-0292, Summit County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Randy A. Neitz And, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Randy A. Neitz, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as 3074 Woodland Pl., Akron, OH 44312. Permanent Parcel Number: 51-08922, SP-00576-01-009.000 and 51-08492, SP-00576-01-008.000. The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
