Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Dashawn McDonald aka Dashawn M. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
