Parcel# 01-10399 LOCATED: 113 CATHERINE LANE, ALLIANCE OH 44601 APPRAISED at One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars And Zero Cents $108,000.00 NOTE: The appraisal does not include an interior examination of the premises. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
