LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, William Tull & Unknown Spouse, if any, Bertha M. Tull & Unknown Spouse, if any, whose last known address is Unknown, if deceased, if living, whose names and addresses are unknown, and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs, whose names and addresses are unknown, will please take notice that on the 24th day of March, 2026, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below: Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 2802502, a vacant lot at Ridgefield Avenue NE, Lexington Twp., Alliance, OH 44601, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. William Tull, et al., Case No. 2026MI00059, Stark County Board of Revision, 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 220, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate be sold at public auction or otherwise disposed of pursuant to O.R.C. 323.65 to 323.78. You will take notice that unless you answer the allegations contained in said Complaint on or before the 15th day of May, 2026, judgment will be taken against you for the foreclosure of said tax lien, sale of property and other relief, together with the costs of this action.
