Awbrey aka Pamela Dale Awbrey, whose last place of residence is known as E 118 Oakwood Ave, Bucyrus, OH 44820-2721 but whose present place of residence is unknown and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Pamela D. Krupp aka Pamela Dale Krupp aka Pamela D. Awbrey aka Pamela Dale Awbrey, whose last place of residence is known as E 118 Oakwood Ave, Bucyrus, OH 44820-2721 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 22, 2025, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR2, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. CV 20250329 in the Court of Common Pleas Crawford County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Pamela D. Krupp aka Pamela Dale Krupp aka Pamela D. Awbrey aka Pamela Dale Awbrey and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Pamela D. Krupp aka Pamela Dale Krupp aka Pamela D. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
