By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2025 05 2316 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on FRIDAY, THE 29TH DAY OF MAY, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A.
