Hemmeter LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any of, Debra Foley and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Debra Foley, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 13, 2026, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 26 CV E 02 0228, in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 440 W William St, Delaware, OH 43015, Permanent Parcel No. 519-341-07-036-000,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
