Ruhlen, et al, Defendants In pursuance of an Order of Sale dated March 10, 2026 in the above entitled action, I will offer for public auction at the Official Public Sheriff's Sale Website at https://seneca.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Seneca, and State of Ohio, and in the Township of Loudon to-wit: Parcel Number(s): I34-00-054200-00-00;Prior Reference No.: OR Book 412, Page 219; Said premises located at: 10806 West State Route 18, Fostoria, Ohio 44830. A copy of the complete legal description can be obtained at the Seneca County Recorder's Office located at 109 South Washington Street, Suite 2104, Tiffin, Ohio. Said premises appraised at $95,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. This appraisal does not include an interior examination, and the Sheriff's office, nor any affiliates, have access to the inside of said property.
