Said property Appraised a t $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds that amount. Purchaser is responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes where sale proceeds are insufficient to cover. There was not an inside appraisal of the property. The Sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property.
TERMS OF SALE: Minimum Deposit of $5,000.00 must be on account with RealAuction prior to bidding (see online sale/bidding instructions). All money in excess of required deposit will be applied towards purchase price of the property. Balance due within 30 days from the date of the Confirmation of Sale by Official Bank Check to Hancock County Sheriff. No deposit required if purchaser is the Judgment Creditor.
