Voltz and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Charles D. Voltz, Deceased; Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Voltz, Deceased, and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Voltz and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Voltz, Deceased whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 3, 2026 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2026 CV 0102, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 601 N.
