IN THE MARION COMMON PLEAS COURT, MARION, OHIO NOTICE OF COMPLAINT Audrey Flournoy, Deceased and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Audrey Flournoy, Deceased, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or Incompetent heirs of Audrey Flournoy, Deceased; John Doe Unknown Spouse of Audrey Flourney and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of John Doe Unknown Spouse of Audrey Flournoy, Deceased, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or Incompetent heirs of John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Audrey Flournoy, Deceased; whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 28, 2025 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2025 CV 0419, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 216 Wallace Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
