IN THE MARION COMMON PLEAS COURT, MARION, OHIO NOTICE OF COMPLAINT Marion Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps Inc, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 31, 2026, MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2026 CV 0153, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 446 W. Center Street, Marion, OH 43302. Defendant may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication. If said Defendant does not appear and defend in this action, Plaintiff may take a judgment against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
