Kimbler Legal Notice Defendant(s), David Robinson, aka David A Robinson, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of Peggy L Obgnibene, aka Peggy Louise Ognibene and Jane Doe, Real name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of David Robinson, aka David A Robinson, whose last known address is 4758 Ledgewood Dr,. Unit 2 Medina, OH 22256 and The Villas at Weatherstone Condominium Association, whose last known address is 4499 Regal Dr, Copley, OH 44321 will take notice that on January 9, 2026 Third Fedeal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026CIV0032, Medina County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), David Robinson, aka David a Robinson, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of Peggy L Ognibene, aka Peggy Louse Ognibene, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of David Robinson, aka David a Robinson and the Villas at Weaterstone Condominium Assocatiion, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Property Address: 4758 Ledgewood Dr., Unit A2, Medina, OH 44256 Parcel No.: 026-06C-13-133 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required toanswer and set up their interest in said real estae or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclusure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said reaql estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaitiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
