LEGAL NOTICE Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jennifer R. Burke whose last known residence/business is 9701 Barr Road, Brecksville, OH 44141, and Granger Lake Condominium No 3 Owner's Association, Inc. Whose last place of residence/business is c/o Steven M. Ott, 1300 East 9th Street, Suite 1520, Cleveland OH 44114 but whose present place of residence/ business is unknown will take notice that on January 2, 2026, KeyBank, National Association filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026CIV0002 in in the Court of Common Pleas of Medina County, Ohio, 225 E. Washington Street Medina, OH 44256, alleging that the Defendant(s) Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jennifer R. Burke, and Granger Lake Condominium No. 3 Owner's Association, Inc. have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 005-07D-23-030; Property Address: 171 Granger Road Unit 133, Medina, OH 44256. The legal description may be obtained from the Medina County Auditor at Medina County Treasurer's Office 144 North Broadway Street, Medina, OH 44256,330-725-9754 The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed give to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of plaintiff's condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
